The Marie Jeanne, a tuna boat from the French harbour of Concarneau, was part of the fishing fleet which sailed from 1900 til 1950. She fished for tuna between June and October, sailing as far as the coasts of Mauritania.

The Marie Jeanne is a great kit for the beginner. Featuring double plank-on-bulkhead construction, this kit contains pre-cut wooden parts, hardwood, brass and copper fittings, detailed plans and step-by-step instructions. Rigging, sailcloth and flag are all included to complete this beautiful model.
